The dream and passion of Dr. Chanderlal Bulchand Ambwani resulted into Gayatri Infrastructure Ltd.(Maitri Group). A doctor by qualification, he laid the foundation of the group in the year 1981 fr introducing enthusiasm and systematic approach to the field. While creating residential and commercial projects, his sole objective was to exceed the clients expactation.While continuing the journey, the company has restablished itself in and around Motera in a few years. With around 15 projects like Maitri Avenue , Maitri Ashoka Bungalowss,Madhav Bungalowss 1-2-3. Dr.Ambwani has delighted more than 1500 families with his able guidance and vision. Projects by Gayatri Infrastructure Ltd. are much more than concrete buildings.

Dr. Ambwani’s love for nature can be observed in the projects like Maitri Shiv Greens & Maitri Lake View, which are based on green construction practices.Gayatri Infrastructure Ltd. has been creating a major impact by creating much more than just concrete building
with spaces that are well and truely one with nature .Being a true philanthopic, he credits his traits to his father,Dr.Bulchand Ambwani,
a reputed medical practitioner in the eastern Ahmedabad who served poor people.Dr Bulchand Memorial Charitable Clinic in Ahmedabad continue to offer medical services to deprived families.
Another Organization,Ashoka Foundation offers scholarship for children’s education.
